Sarpreet has founded Joint Movement Physiotherapy with the intention of offering high quality
physiotherapy care that equips clients with the knowledge to self-manage their conditions. She incorporates a comprehensive assessment and treatment approach and places a strong emphasis on education and exercise prescription. Ultimately, improving her client’s quality of life, functionality and promoting their independence. Sarpreet is driven by a simple desire to implement her knowledge and utilize her skill set to
assist her clients in achieving their individualized goals. She enjoys connecting with her patients
and strives to build a therapeutic relationship with each of them while simultaneously facilitating
their recovery.
Sarpreet graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Health Science from McMaster University
where she also specialized in Child Health in 2015. She completed her Master of Science in
Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto in 2017.
Upon graduating, Sarpreet has continued to facilitate her learning by enrolling in post-graduate
courses. She has taken courses in Manual and Manipulative Therapy through the Orthopedic
Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. She has also taken courses in
the McKenzie Method and completed her training in the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture
Program at McMaster University in 2018.
Sarpreet will also be graduating with her Master of Clinical Science from the University of Western Ontario. A program designed to promote evidence based practice, facilitate the acquisition of advanced clinical reasoning in orthopeadics and provide training in manipulative physiotherapy.
